Often you need to find course codes that are new to your school. You will need either a portion of the course description or the first 4 digits of the course code to find the course.
Here's an example using Reteach. To find a list of all Reteach Courses, go to School>Course Maintenance. Click on List Add. Click on the first line and click F7. Under Course Description, type %Reteach%. This will search for all courses with the word Reteach anywhere in the title. Click F8.
Another way of finding courses is to use the State Course Code, which is the first 4 digits of the Course Code. On the same screen, click F7. English 9 is 102125, so type 1021% under Course Code and click F8. This will give you all the possible course codes for English 9 (including Honors and AP).
If a course code is not available, you'll need to contact Denise McLean (middle school) or Sheri Little (high school) to have it added.
